From a surreal conceptual series called "Ethereal Expressions" The procession of souls passing the Tree of Life. The river of souls flows on by carrying them down stream toward a vast array of manifested tributaries. This is one of a series of paintings done at the beginning of my career as an artist that were conceptual representations of vivid dreams passing through windows and doorways. My first solo art show Country Paintings occurred in 1989 because of the sketch that was on this canvas before it was painted.
